Life happens — slow months are normal. If you drop to a lower tier (say, from Elite to Pro or Casual) and later climb back up, we give you $100 cashback that backdates your recent estimates to the higher tier rate. It's essentially saying 'welcome back' and ensuring loyalty always pays off.
Every estimate hour beyond your minimum tier requirement earns you loyalty protection credits. These cushion you during inevitable slow months. For example, if you do 15 hours in a busy month (5 hours above Elite minimum), those extra 5 hours give you buffer credits to help maintain Elite tier during quieter periods.
